Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail Second Class and should arrive within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following your dispatch notification email.

At busier times of year, such as the lead-up to Christmas, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days via the contact page or emailing fuelledbyjoy@gmail.com for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns:​

 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.

  • Certain items, such as digital downloads, are not eligible for return.​

 

Conditions of return​

  • Customers must return items within 14 days of delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • Customers are responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition
